FAQ (frequently asked questions) (1) How is this different from the other services I see involving Twitter followers? We do the same thing, such as pull up the list of your followers and show them to you BUT we also compare who is a member here and you can reward them for following you. Many, many people will be a member of our site first, and then Twitter. They will follow you at Twitter for a reward. You can communicate with these people at anytime about anything you like and these are your new contacts! Treat them right and they will stay as your contacts. We also keep track of many things such as who has been rewarded and who needs a reward, it is pretty cool and we made it easy for you. (2) Can I pick how many Bluebird tokens are given as a reward? Yes, and the members giving the most are constantly listed for others to follow them. (3) How do I earn token rewards? Follow other members or buy them from us. You can trade them in to be featured for the day or offer them as a reward. TIP: if you have something major to announce soon, gather or buy tokens and then offer high tokens to members so they will follow. (4) What is "micro blogging"? It is the same as a blog but you do not put paragraphs of what you are doing, or a lot of information on it. It is one or two sentences and it goes on all of the "followers" pages so they can see it. You can use it to notify of an event or a website that has opened. (5) Twitter bores or confuses me though? Give it a second chance as I did. This is like sending email without dealing with ISP filters. Let me tell you about my own habits. I signed up to Twitter a few times, and then quit right after not seeing the benefit to it. Now I see why some seem to go ape over it. Since I started again a few weeks ago, I have followed several people to their Myspace page, their websites and blogs. Just because they tweeted something to grab my interest such as "what is unacceptable". So several have gained me as a Twitter follower, and a "friend" at Myspace even, just by an interesting tweet OR I look on my followers pages of who THEY follow! So give it another try as I did. (6) Is there advice that you can give about using Twitter? Yes, it seems that some do not updates about going grocery shopping all the time. Some do not like constant advertising either. Do what I do, make it a mix and no more than a couple times a day. Like one "tweet" I will talk about getting coffee and then the next it will be about how I love my members and what site is doing what. Make it personal and people will want to keep following your tweets (or announcements). (7) Is there advice that you can give about using TweetersOnline? Yes, actually use it. The faq (this page) is brief. Much, much more time was spent writing information on the member pages. So please read as you get to know TweetersOnline as it is not a big site to read and USE it. (8) Do I have to belong to money programs or own a website to use TweetersOnline? Not at all. Anyone who wants more followers can use this. The entire thing is focused on that and promotion of YOUR twitter page. (9) Is this a lot of work to do? Not at all. You just log in, and then go to the TweetersOnline tool. First use the tool that will follow TweeterOnline members who have joined, and you can use this repeatedly. Wait some time and then use the Retrieve and reward tool to see which members have followed you. (10) Can I really use this for free? Yes, of course you can and there are no hidden surprises. There is a limit of how many times you can pull up the list of new TweetersOnline members, which is 2x's a day, for basic (free) members. This is to save my server load as my sites are in the 10'000's of members and growing. But yes, you can use this for free and mean what I say - I have been in this business over 10 years and know how much that tactic of not REALLY being free, aggravates people. (11) Do I have to refer others? No, not at all. That is an opportunity for those who like to have that opportunity. Your referrals to TweetersOnline DO see your Twitter page constantly in their members area. (12) If I refer others, how much do I make if they upgrade? You get $20, and since it can be bought multiple times by a member then that can be in the multiples referral payments. After the first time buy of the same member, it is $10 per sale as we lower the price on the next round. (13) I already bought the tokens upgrade once and want to buy again. Is there a discount? YES! It drops in price by thirty dollars. (14) Do you store my Twitter account password? No, I do not store your password and no one else has access to my sites, scripts, databases or servers - besides me. Some sites do this because their scripts need to talk to the server at Twitter at any random time and need it stored since you are not online. We do not talk to their server at random times, so we do not store your password for it. You have to be there for it to communicate with Twitter. (15) I used the TweetersOnline tool and it pulled up the members list of TweetersOnline members, but could not follow them - it was blank! Sometimes Twitter gets a heavy load and takes a break for a few minutes (have you ever seen that picture of a whale being carried of by blue birds? that is the "heavy load" message). Try again in a few minutes. It is why I let basic (free) members use this TWICE a day... just in case the first try does not allow a follow of TweetersOnline members. (16) I own websites, can I buy this script? Sorry, I do not sell my scripts. It is not greed, it is not having time for support issues about it if needed. (17) I can not login? If you are sure you are typing it correctly, and no spaces are behind your password or username, then it could be your cookie settings. I can not do anything about this, as it is your personal settings on your brower, zonealarm or norton or whatever else is blocking our cookie. Our cookie is absolutely harmless and it needs to be there to make sure you are who you are in the members area. (18) Who are you? Maryanne Myers, if you go to webstars2k.com you can see my real picture and all of my active domains are listed there. (19) You have bad grammar on your website? I always have bad grammar. If you feel like it, just tell me where it is and I'll go fix it. (20) Can I cancel my membership here? Yes, I will not hold you hostage but you must log in and go to "delete account" and then when it asks you "Are you sure....", click the button to do it. (21) Do I get a bunch of spam mails from being a member? I know what you mean, you sign up to a site and suddenly 5 other sites are emailing you relentlessly . That never happens on my sites. No one has access to this site (no programmers or any other person), I do not have partners of any kind to distribute your email address to their lists, and I only send an email every once in awhile. Your sponsor can email you once a week if they choose to do so and must be upgraded. We limit it to upgraded to curb abuses. (22) Can I use the search box at anytime? Yes, just type in a single word to find members to follow. You have to go to their actual Twitter page and do it. (23) What if I follow someone and they never give me my tokens OR I try and say that I give memebrs a high reward, when I really have no tokens to give? Allow them a few days to do so. Most people are honest, and some of them run out of tokens - only report repeated offenses to me. Repeated offenses get their username listed so everyone can unfollow if they CHOOSE to. - We also have an anti-abuse stopper in place, if you offer 1000 bluebird tokens to followers but yet only have 200 in your account... it won't let you do it. You have to have 10 times of tokens of what number you put in that you will reward. Such as... if you offer 1000 per person, you need 10000 or more tokens in your account and it will not let you trade those tokens to be featured everyday. They are on reserve until you change your reward amount. (24) Can anyone in any country use this? Absolutely. All of my websites allow anyone from any country to use it. (25) Can I have more than 1 account? Yes you can. Your usernames here MUST be the same as your usernames at Twitter. (26) Can I reward myself with multiple accounts? If you want to but it costs you bluebird tokens. It won't get you new followers and you would be just pushing your tokens from one account to the other. (27) Can I follow someone and then unfollow them multiple times to be rewarded multiple times? No. Once your username was rewarded by this member, it will not let it be rewarded again. We store the data of who was rewarded. We also show you WHO you reward and who needs a reward still when you Retrieve your followers list. (28) When I look at my referral page, I see my username and/or name and/or email address in the signup form, why does everyone see this? They don't see it. It is your "autofill" turned on in your browser and it inserted your previously typed info in that form.
